Flexible packaging usually needs far less material than a glass, metal or rigid plastic pack holding the same product. Because it lies flat when empty, it also takes little space in the warehouse and on the truck. We try to build on that advantage without adding more layers or material than a product needs.
Recyclable structures
Classic laminates combine different materials that are hard to separate. Mono-material structures made entirely of polyethylene (mono-PE) fit the PE recycling stream. We test together whether they meet your product's barrier and heat-resistance needs.

A pouch sized to the product saves both material and transport. We look at your dimensions and layer structure with this in mind when we prepare a quote.
Accurate claims
Environmental and recycling statements on a pack must comply with the rules of the country where it is sold. We review them with you at the design stage.
