- Supplier documents and film properties are checked when raw materials arrive.
- Print colours are measured against the approved proof.
- Layer bonding and curing time are monitored after lamination.
- Pouches are tested for seal strength and leaks.
- Each batch is labelled and can be traced back when needed.
