Flexible packaging is light, takes up little space and, when built correctly, protects a product for a long time. We design and print it around each brand's needs and deliver it as pouches or reels.
A small producer's first trial and a large brand's regular supply deserve the same care from us. That is why we share the price openly from the start and choose the size and material together, around your product.
How we work

Based on the answers we choose the material structure, format and print method together, and we share the price openly from the start so you can decide with real numbers.

Pouches and reels
We convert the printed film into pouches, or deliver it on reels for your own machine.

Incoming material
Films and inks are checked on arrival together with supplier documents.
Print approval
Colours are locked with your approval, and the run follows the approved sample.

Lamination bond and seal strength are measured regularly during production.

Size, appearance and sealing get a final check, and every batch is labelled for traceability.
Less waste
Moving to recyclable packaging made simple
In classic laminates different plastics are bonded together and cannot be separated. Single-material (mono) structures can enter the recycling stream without giving up much barrier.
- Mono-material structuresAll layers from the same plastic family, so the pouch can be recycled as one piece.
- Less material, less volumeFlexible packs carry the same product with far less material than glass, metal or rigid plastic, and take little space when empty.
- Honest claimsWe agree the recycling marks on the pack with you, following the rules of the country where it will be sold.
