2. What data we process
- Identity and contact: the name, email, phone and company you enter in the quote and contact form.
- Request details: the product, quantity and message you send.
- Security data: your IP address, browser/device information and the date and time when you submit a form.
- Cookie data: information collected through the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
Your choices in the price calculator (format, size, quantity, etc.) are used only to calculate the price and are not stored unless you submit the quote form.
3. Why we process it
- To answer your quote and information requests and suggest suitable products and prices,
- To carry out pre-order discussions and contact you,
- To keep the site and its forms secure and prevent spam and abuse,
- To meet our legal obligations and respond to authorised bodies,
- If you consent, to review visit statistics to improve the site.
4. Legal grounds
We process your data on the grounds listed in Article 5 of KVKK: it is directly related to entering into a contract (your quote request), it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, to establish, exercise or defend a right, and for the Company's legitimate interest (site security) provided this does not harm your fundamental rights. Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent.
5. Sharing
Your data may be shared with the hosting and IT service providers that run the site, with business partners to the extent your request requires, and with legally authorised public bodies. Fonts on the site are loaded from Google servers, and if you consent, Google Analytics may be used for visit statistics; through these services some data (e.g. your IP address) may be transferred to servers abroad. If you click the WhatsApp link, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
6. Retention
Quote requests are kept for up to 2 years after the request is concluded and security logs for 1 year. When the period ends or the purpose no longer applies, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If a contract is formed, the periods required by the relevant legislation apply.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, ask for it to be erased or destroyed where the conditions are met, ask for these actions to be notified to recipients, object to an outcome against you produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and logging to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
